2017-2018 1 Session Per Week Competitive Typical of skaters new to the sport or looking to add to a basic level of physical activity. While young skaters 5-10 or 11 years of age are on ice 7-7:50pm on either Tuesday or Thursday, older youth and adults typically elect to skate 8-8:50pm on Tuesdays or 5-5:50pm on Thursdays.
The session will consist of instruction appropriate to the age of the skater. It may include warm-up, skill progression, laps, relays, games (younger kids) and a cool-down period.

Skaters 12+, and younger skaters who demonstrate sufficient maturity, endurance and skill, may skate 1 or both hours during the 8-8:50pm and 9-9:50pm Tuesday session and/or the 5-5:50pm and 6-6:50pm Thursday sessions.
The on-ice instruction will consist of warm-up, skill progression, laps, relays, and a cool-down period appropriate for competition.

This program is targeted at competitive skaters interested in advancing their skill level to compete at a high level in regional or provincial series meets on a regular basis. Skating is 8-9:50pm on Tuesdays and 5-6:50pm on Thursdays.  Registration in this program is required for any skater attending a National level competition.

2017-2018 Associate Member An associate member with the London Speed Skating Club. 
Any member of the public may become an associate member. Skaters under 18 years of age must have at least one parent registered as an associate member. Any parent who will be assisting with moving pads, using club equipment, etc., at any time must be an associate member.

2017-2018 Elite OSSA Membership Elite Membership with OSSA. This type of member is a skater who competes in International and/or Domestic sanctioned competitions including SSC National Championships (Age Class, Junior, Senior) Qualifiers, Canada Cups, North Americans, Canada Winter Games and selection events in Canada. 
This program is for those skaters who skate out of province but are registered with the LSSC for the purpose of SSC membership.
